Framework Solutions were approached to head a company wide enterprise application assessment for Insight Investments' rapidly growing computer hardware wholesale and retail operation 2NDGEAR. We are excited to announce that Framework Solutions has now been retained to recommend and implement custom portal solutions and to automate and streamline other operations.

Our Framework Solutions team interviewed department heads and key personnel throughout 2NDGEAR. They also reviewed the existing Microsoft ERP and CRM applications (including Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM) plus a variety of shipping, e-commerce and custom software applications that were already in use.

This allowed the Framework Solutions team to build out complete custom portal solutions that would fit the exact requirements of 2NDGEAR's unique business environment.

Custom Portal Solutions using eConnect to Automate a Real-Time MS Dynamics Environment

Our custom portal solution recommendation included building out extensive ERP integrations via certified middleware. This included the use of MS eConnect and Scribe, migrating Dynamics CRM to the cloud, and introducing a responsive, browser-based custom .NET portal.

The proposed data warehouse environment will be supported by new transactional databases and SSRS reporting systems that run on real-time frames.

This real-time data replication will create a truly scalable and streamlined business operation which will evolve alongside 2NDGEAR, as it expands it's nationwide sales and e-commerce infrastructure.
