Wire-framing, Graphic Design, Content Architecture
Establishing a successful presence online begins with a solid business model, translated into an online concept, and then implemented in the form of e-commerce websites.  Site usability largely dictates how well accepted a given website will be by the target user community.

We follow a standard methodology when planning and working on website development projects.  We begin the website design phase with our graphic designers working with you to create wire-frames for the sites.  These are preliminary graphic designs that define the main page layouts, access points, and navigation.  This gives the customer a chance to review different design options before too much work is done.  Once a wire-frame is selected we move into the graphic design phase, producing a series of refined color designs and including some pseudo content to provide a realistic portrait of how the site will look.Click Here to view our recent website releases.

While the design phase of the site is occuring we will also be defining the content architecture.  The content of a site is comprised of key words, marketing material, sales copy, promotions and cross-sells, advertising, imagery, downloads, links, reference material and forms, and all other content that will inhabit the pages.  A CMS (Content Management System) effectively turns all this content into a database, and allows you to administer it and publish updates as needed.  Often content updates will be coming from different locations and at different intervals, so connectivity and following open standards is important.  Depending on requirements we will recommend the best approach to managing content, whether it be with a CMS package or custom CMS features and integration with your existing information sources.
Business Applications, Sales Tracking & Reporting Systems, Online Data Capture
We will design and develop scalable database applications, leveraging some of the latest tools including Microsoft's .Net and SQL Server 2008.  First we analyse the requirement, producing a high-level design recommendation from which we can estimate the cost.  Next we produce detailed specs and a development plan.  From there our development methodology enables us to create the application exactly in line with business requirements.  Applications can be desktop, browser-based or mobil as required.  We have a strong compentency in designing user interfaces that has resulted in many  succesfull deployments of our software systems.  Additionally our designs have survived the test of time, supporting our clients as they have grown their businesses dramatically. Producing software applications requires a clear definition of the requirements, solid planning and constant management.  By following a top-down Prototyping approach to development, we have refined our methodology over the years to enable us to repeatedly deliver solutions on time and on budget.  Early prototypes are reviewed with the client for feedback, and then we iterate through Alpha and Beta testing, through to deploy the final product.  We will work on either a fixed bid or hourly basis depending on how well defined the situation.

Typical database solutions we produce include the following:  Sales Tracking and Reporting,  Budgeting and Forecasting, Clinical Tracking (require Compliance and Audit Logging), Inventory Management, Online Analytics, SQL Reporting Services, Data Warehouses, Custom Workflows, Remote Systems Integration, and Content Management applications.

Significantly, we have created a vast library of reusable components that enable is to deliver solutions faster.  We have security, encryption, data dictionary, navigation and many more components ready to go.  Click Here to receive a technical recommendation free of charge.  We will also be happy to share with you the stories of our many customers whose business' have benefited from our expertise.
Analytics, Email Campaigning, Landing Pages, Metrics Tracking, Lead Capture
We help prepare our customers for their online marketing campaigns.  Needs do vary, however a typical campaigning system is comprised of some common elements.  These include a database of prospective customers with contact information, including perhaps demographics and sales history.  We will provide analytical tools to mine this database and generate target lists for the campaigns.  We work with many leading packages including SQL Analytics, Pinpoint and SAS.

Once email lists are generated they need to be funneled through a campaigning process where the lists are broken down into market segments to facilitate more granular promotional offers.  After a campaign is created, the outgoing email traffic all needs to be logged into a metrics database and then fed through an email gateway.  This may involve a local package such as StrongMail or perhaps an ESP (Hosted) solution.

When the goal is to drive traffic to your websites, email campaigning and advertising is an important element of the strategy.  Our experience with a variety packages and solutions, and the technical ability to integrate the different pieces together, will help you to boost your results and expand your business.
Establishing A CRM Strategy
CRM Solutions have become essential to all business' these days. Whether you use small solutions like Outlook, ACT, or Goldmine, or mid-sized solutions like Microsoft or Sage CRM, you very possibly would like to get a better understanding of what "CRM" means and how it can be used to enhance your business. While we specialize in MS CRM, we have experience with all the other packages mentioned. Our goal will be to first understand your business and what systems you currently have. The thing to do with a CRM requirement is to define all the scenario's (use-cases) where your business requires CRM type solutions, and from there identify the right package or components for your situation.

In conjunction with other business strategies like online marketing, e-commerce, and business to business integration, customer relationship management is critical. Please contact us to benefit from our extensive experience with CRM concepts and solutions and how to fit them into an organization.
Enterprise Planning, Technology Architecture, Strategic Consulting
A common need these days is taking a successful brick-and-mortar business and putting the business model online.  This can be a risky proposition with many uncertainties and potential costs.  The marketing model for an online service will certainly differ significantly in terms of delivery, if not message. Back-end systems need to be in place to work in conjunction with ecommerce facilities.  Content Management capabilities need to be in place.  Then there are all the issues of supporting the online marketing initiative with SEO and other traffic generation techniques.  It can be difficult to find help to address these issues.  The web designer knows how to put a site up, the back office systems staff know how to run the IT operation, and marketing know how to communicate with the customers, but can anyone tie it all together?
